Hello,
Does anyone know if the Nvidia NVS310 will work on a Dell precision 390?
Does a new graphics card have anything in relationship to my processor?

Yes it will work. The card will work no matter what the CPU is, how well the card works depends on the CPU but it's will vary from type of use and type of card. The NVS is a low end pro graphics card used for CAD type programs or for business multi monitor use. What you want the system to do and the model of the card and CPU you have would all have an impact as how well the system works overall.
