Asus X99-A M.2 + GPU SLI Compatibility?

I already own a Asus X99-A motherboard, the CPU is the 5820k.

I also have one 980ti and wish to buy another very soon.

Aside from this, I'm very interested in purchasing an M.2 SSD (512GB 950 PRO PCIEx4) to put my OS on.

Will I have enough PCI-E lanes to have the two 980ti's AND the M.2 SSD? (I'm aware the 5820k only has 28 lanes. I just need clarification if SLI and M.2 will be supported by this.)

Thanks in advance.

Solution
According to ASUS

28-Lane CPU-
3 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 ( x16, x16/x8, x16/x8/x4) *2
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (x4 mode) *3
2 x PCIe 2.0 x1 (x1 mode) *3

2* The PCIe x16_4 shares bandwidth with M.2 x4. When M.2 socket is occupied, the PCIe x16_4 slot will be disabled. The PCIe x16_3 slot support x8 devices only.
3* The PCIe x16_2, PCIe x1_1 and USB3_E56 connectors share the same bandwidth. By default, the PCIe x16_2 slot and PCIe x1_1 slot will automatically run at x1 mode with USB3_E56 enabled for best resource optimization.

The notes say that M.2 disables the PCI-e_4, the last long slot on the motherboard, leaving two x8 slots, 1 and 3 available for GPUs.

I don't have one, merely showing what ASUS's web-site says.

Would I notice any dramatic change in performance if the GPU's were on x8/x8 instead of x16/x16?
