Hi everyone

I have at home a box which is powered on 24/7 an consists of intel board with atom 64bit running freeNAS. I want to upgrade the board to an intel atom that supports VTx (visualization).

Through intel`s ark website i figured out that the Atom E and Z series support visualization however i cant find which of the model is currently in the market...in reasonable $$

I am willing to spend around 100-150 euros for such system but i cant find any.

Anyone knows any board (intel, asrock etc) that has an intel atom with VTx capabilities. The reason i want atom is due its low power consuming.

Thanks

I know this isn't in budget, but this board is probably 'the daddy' for small form factor home NAS solutions:

ASRock C2750D4I Mini ITX Avoton C2750

It's an 8 core Atom processor and it supports virtualization and ECC RAM. Perfect for FreeNAS / ZFS / unRAID etc.

Can't say I have ever heard of that manufacturer. However that aside, please bear in mind that board is not an ITX form factor that is designed for an Intel NUC enclosure (UCFF form factor). Also, just because a processor supports virtualisation doesn't automatically mean it will be supported by the motherboard.
