Sorry about this, but I'm currently building a PC, and I'm curious about this. My specs are AMD FX 9590 black edition and I plan on over clocking it to 5.1 ghz, my card is a Radeon r7 370 2gb, I have 8 gb of ram, and I'm playing on a hard drive. What are your thoughts?

I will tell you right now that people with an i7 and SLI'd 980's struggle to get 1080p 60fps (usually 40-50fps) high settings due to the horrible optimization.

I have an i5 4460 3.2GHZ (3.4GHZ Boost), MSI GTX 970 4GB and 2x4GB dual channel RAM and I can manage 45fps in the open areas, I'd hate to find out how low the frame rate would be in cities.

DON'T build a computer around one game...
There are so many other games you could play and things you can run on a computer.
