I have a MSI gtx 970 2X Armor Edition.
Everything was running fine , but when i installed Firestorm software and there is a mode 2D in which it lowers the clock [i think]
And then the Core clock stuck on 135 Mhz and Memory Clock is 324 Mhz
Please help.
I already restarted My computer but still the clock speed not changed..
It was used to run before !
When i start Assassin's Creed Unity , it was running great and the memory clock rises to 3506 Mhz and the Core clock rises to 1356 Mhz..
But when i closed the game it again decrease to 324 Mhz and 135 Mhz !
Please Help...
Is my Graphics Card Dead ???

No your graphics card isn't dead... I would just uninstall that software. It's unnecessary. And really, your situation isn't that different from other's. There should be no reason your graphic card is using more than the 324 Mhz mem clock / 135 core clock when you aren't gaming / video editing (I'm assuming since you said when you exit your game, you're idleing).

If that doesn't work, delete all of the drivers for the GPU and re-download them.

I'm confused, so lets get this straight. You were used to the core / memory clock being at 3500 / 1356 even while IDLE? Meaning that it was reaching those whenever you weren't running any programs and your computer was just on? Because that's not how your GPU is supposed to work. It's supposed to idle at something much lower than the maximum clock.

Do me a favor and run a game really quick. Check the speeds on that game, then close the game and check the clocks again. If they drop significantly from when you were playing the game to when you're idle, your GPU is actually working the way it is supposed to.

It seems like your GPU used to have a problem where it idled at a much higher clock than it needed to, not sure why it would do that. Make sure your Java auto updater isn't always running, I read a similar thread saying that this was their problem.

After increasing the Core clock by 80+ Mhz in Msi Afterburner , it is still running in 135 MHz.
I also uninstalled the Graphics driver and again installed it but still no luck it is running in 135 Mhz
It is only happening After using Zotac Firestorm !
Does it could happen like this , My graphics card is MSI and the Firestorm app is mode for Zotac Graphics Card !

My MSI 970 Gaming G4 sits at about 150-300 MHz for core clock speed when idle. That should be normal. If your clock speed still rises past that and runs games fine, your card is alright.
