GPU with APU

I currently have an A10-6800 in my computer, my brother gave me a GeForce GT610 1GB GPU and a VT 5450 2GB GPU. Would either of those help if I was to install them as a discrete GPU to play things like ArmA 3, WoW, Etc?

Rgr, I was not sure if just having a GPU would benefit or not, what if I was to use a GIGABYTE GV-R927XOC-2GD Radeon R9 270X 2GB

Big benefit from that which is much stronger than the IGP.
