CPU-Z False Results or Problem with Overclocking?

I recently overclocked my i5 6600k and after long stress testing and many hours gaming, photoshoping and stuff I have a stable overclock with 75c max at full load (Thanks to the ugly Noctua NH-D15).

While at first CPU-Z and HWMonitor where showing temps between 20 and 75 degrees Celcius, Voltages between 0,8V and 1,36V and clocks between 800MHz and 4500MHz depending on the work load, after a week or so when i just randomly checked on things I saw that the temps were the same as usual the voltages again same (up and down when needed) but clock speeds were locked at ~4500MHz.

Should I be worried or is it some software "anomaly"?

Try editing your power options. Either search "power options" in the search bar, use the windows+x shortcut, or start menu -> control panel -> performance information and tools -> adjust power settings. If you use category layout of control panel -> hardware and sound -> underneath power options "change power saving settings." after you get to this point change plan settings -> change advanced power settings -> expand processor power mangement -> expand minimum processor state. This is usually set to 5% but yours is probably set to 100%.

Thanks mate that was it after all. Probably was changed by an update of win 10, it messed up most of my settings.
