I have a laptop with 2 USB 3 ports and 1 USB 2 port. My mouse is a Gigabyte M9 Ice and I've been using it well over 4 months with no problem in the 2.0 port. It suddenly stopped working (no Usb sound when plugging in, but still shows up on device manager) but still worked in the USB 3.0 ports.
Now it's starting to fail in those ports too, as it randomly stops working and I have to move the receiver around between the two ports to make it work. All the ports still work for my flash drive, all the drivers are updated. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
