Hello,

We have bought a Samsung SM951 SSD drive PCI-e (photo) to use in our Proliant DL380 G8 server.
We nightly put a SQL server database on it, after a while of usage the database becomes corrupt.

SQL give errors like:

Unable to read and latch page (1:7224143) with latch type SH. 1117(The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.) failed.

What is wrong / what can we to to debug this situation?

Hope you can help us!

So your putting in a consumer level OEM drive into a server that it was never intended for and having issues? I hope this isn't a production server.
If I remember right, under high loads the drive gets hot and if not adequately cooled, errors will pop up.
I would try pointing a fan at it directly and see if that helps.
