Need a new CPU cooler!

Im looking for a new CPU cooler, I had the Corsair H75 until it broke. I'm in the market now for an air cooler, but am unsure on what to get. Any thoughts/suggestions? Ill list my PC specs below if that helps. Thanks!

NZXT Phantom 530 ATX Full Tower
Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1
EVGA G2 850W PSU
EVGA GTX 980 Ti
Intel i7-4790k
16GB G.Skill Ram

the assassin seems to be a good choice,the tisis as well.The Lucifer is for it's price still a decent cooler,the Mugen as well.

That all sort of depends on your needs and your budget. Air cooling the Hyper 212 EVO is probably the most recommended solution around. However if you are gaming, overclocking or think you might want to overclock and see just how much performance you can get out of you 4790K you might want to take the opportunity to upgrade to water cooling. The H100 and H100i are some of the best closed loop water coolers available.
