Yes. For a GTX 960, you need a PCI-e x 16 slot, either an 8-pin power plug or an 8- and a 6-pin power plug (depending on the model you buy), and at least 150 watts of spare power on your power supply.

You have two x 16 PCI-e plugs on your motherboard, so just be sure they are not both filled with something else.

Since you have a 500 watt power supply, you will have enough power unless you are running two cards and some other stuff.

Just be sure your power supply has enough of these plugs
