Should I worry about these temps?

So I'm getting fps drops on almost every game I play, and I'm thinking that that's because of the cpu temps. Are these normal?

btw these are idle temps.
If I need a new cooler, which one would you guys recommend (any price range here)?

Solution
You probably will need a new motherboard if you want to seriously overclock the FX 8350 or use an aftermarket cooler. Your board has weak VRMs that have no heat sinks on them. If you get rid of the stock cooler, your VRMs will likely overheat, as the CM 212x will not blow any air onto them, and you will likely run into throttling issues as a result. Frankly the M5A78L-M USB3 is only just barely adequate for running the 8350 at stock speeds, if you have a top down blower cooler blowing air onto the VRMs.

the cm 212 evo, just make sure it fits in your case
what is your mobo?
ps, that voltage, dude, downclock it now! get that voltage to around 1.2

i have mine at 4,2 and the voltage is at 1.284 (auto voltage, too lazy to properly set a voltage)

I've tested the cpu temp in some games and came to the conclusion it is indeed a temperature problem (at some point it reached 67C and I stopped playing). I still don't know how to lower my voltage, but should I try solutions like disabling cool 'n' quiet or increasing the fan speed?
I've decided to buy the CM 212x but if you guys have other recomendations it would help a lot too.

I hope you have a case that can take motherboards with the full ATX form factor, as there are no decent AM3+ boards in Micro-ATX. Something like this is probably about as cheap as you're going to get as far as boards that have strong enough VRMs to properly handle the FX 8350's power draw. With a new motherboard, you could use the Coolermaster Hyper 212x without worrying about the VRMs overheating.

Your other option is to get a CPU cooler with a top down blower design, to keep airflow over the VRMs, the problem is that severely limits your choice of aftermarket coolers, and most aftermarket top down blower designs will be at best marginally better than the AMD stock cooler. You'd have to look at something like this or this if you want to keep your current motherboard.

So the cheapest atx I saw is the 970A-UD3P from gigabyte. Is it good or you recommend another one? And yes, my case is big enough.
