i have an old homebuilt pc with MSI K8N Neo Platinum 754 NVIDIA nForce3 250Gb ATX AMD Motherboard. last friday i had to update the MB bios to fix some issues with windows OS booting. I downloaded the latest bios from manufacturer website for this MB.
however, after the bios upgrade, my pc can't detect the IDE hard drive anymore, only the SATA hd works fine. i've looked into bios to make sure that IDE support is enabled - to no avail.
