Best $100 GPU for amd a8-5600k

I have a budget of $100 and i want the best card for my money and in time i am looking to upgrade to a i5 but that will be awhile i want to play cod III,just cause,gta v so hopefully the card can handle it.

Specs:
Amd-a8 5600k(oc'd to 4.3 i believe)
8gb 1600 ram
500 HDD
550 Cooler master elite V2

With my R7 260x I was lucky to get 40fps. My average was just a little bit below 30fps. and the minimum I've seen was 20fps. This was all at 1280x1024 resolution.

After I got my GTX 970 I got a solid 60fps at all times at 1280x1024.

After I got my 1920x1080 monitor fps dropped by about 15, but still above 30fps.

All of these were on max settings with x4MSAA
