I am building a gaming desktop (probably playing fallout 4, and lower end games) with a low budget. Currently I have a Seagate Barracuda 250 Gb hard drive, Corsair Carbide Spec-01 case, Msi r7 250x 2gb drr3 Gpu, 4gbx2 set of Corsair Vengeance ram, and a EVGA 500 watt PSU. and I was wondering if there is any other Cpu or Mobo that is better for the price.Thanks

Just put low latency (CAS 7, 8 or 9) DDR3 1600 or 1866 ram with it. No need for 2133 in a gaming rig unless it's the same price as the 1600 or 1866 kit.
