I just built a new PC. The wait the time I push the "ON" button on the computer and the screen where it says, "Press F2 or DELETE to enter BIOS" is around 30-45 seconds. After that the PC boots normally into windows.
Right after it push "ON" all of the fans go on as if it were turning on like a normal computer, except for the screen which is black for 30-45 seconds before it starts to boot.
This is very frustrating because I've never heard of this issue in my entire life. I will appreciate all answers.

CPU: Intel i7 4790K
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A
RAM: Corsair Vengance 2x8GB DDR3-1866
GPU: EVGA 750ti
SSD: Samsung EVO 250GB
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
DVD Drive: Some cheap LG one
