Network Drivers Missing?

I installed Windows 7 Home Premium on my new computer build, everything starts up normally but the problem is that when I try to connect to the internet, no connections could be found because I need some kind of network driver which I have no idea where to get. I have tried a few things but nothing seems to work.

If you have A)another PC to use temporarily and B)a flash drive you can:

Find your motherboard from the manufacturer's website,
Download appropriate drivers for you network adapter
Put them on the flash drive and transfer them to newly-built PC
Install, and you should be golden.
