I play to use this for:
Gaming
Recording gameplay
Video/photo editing
And many more things to come.

How does this build seem for what I plan to do.
Is the power supply enough? If not what would y'all recommend (wattage/brand/model)
And what OS? I'm torn between 7 and 10pro

Solution
Decent future proof Build.
Power supply is more than enough. and it's a tier 1/ best quality unit too.
Windows 7 is still a good OS,but windows 10 would be my pick.

You can go for i7 6700k as for your needs it will be more than enough while costing less.
Two WD black 1TB HDD,instead of these better try getting Two 2TB WD blues, they are the same basically, except the black has more warranty.
