I am looking for a good air cooled heatsink for the mentioned MB. It is the original MB, not any revised edition or the M series.

My big concern is that I have got all the RAM slots occupied, all four of them. Currently I am running a CoolerMaster TX3EVO whose cooling efficiency is not that great, especially during summers. Can you recommend the best heatsink which will help bring down the temperature as much as possible and at the same time fit well without hitting, pushing against the RAM?

Here is the link to the official page for the motherboard.

Solution
Regarding the way you have the tx3 evo now with the fan at the rear - you should have removed the fan from the mount & spun it around so its pulling air out of the heatsink towards the rear of the case.
You lose some efficiency but its going to be a lot better than the way you currently have it.

I am not overclocking. My atmospheric temperature is pretty hot during days so I want the best possible AIR cooling for the FX8320. I realize closed loop liquid cooling would be better in terms of fit, but it naturally costs more too and I would need at least H70 or something....

Also I would like to attach the fan on the CPU heatsink such that it does not blow air out of the heatsink and onto the DIMMS. That is my current setup but my RAM sticks heat up alot. I cant mount it the opposite way for the airflow to be going out the back of the case as the DIMMS get in the way. I could try attaching the opposite way but the CPU fan pushes hard against the RAM.

Is that some extra high RAM, standard height RAM is not a problem if fan can be mounted higher. Fans that are held by wire clips can be mounted pretty high. In my case only two slots next to processor are covered by fan but HyperX memory clears fan just fine.

Seems like a good solution. If I get for like $30-40 I will pick it up...but that brand is not common in my country. In fact you just introduced it to me!
