Can my pc/PSU handle a GPU upgrade?

I have dug around the internet about what GPU to upgrade to. One of these three are my biggest contenders, going from most wanted, to last resort.
1. Nvidia or Strix GTX 960 SSC 4gb

2. Nvidia or Strix GTX 950 FTW 2gb

3. Nvidia or Strix GTX 750 FTW 2gb

I hope to have a $200 budget soon, but I do not have that yet.
My PC specs:
AMD FX-6300 Six-Core Processor
8gb of RAM (2x 4gb)
Turbo-link 500W PSU
1x AMD Radeon R7 200 Series (A r7 250 2gb I think)
500gb Hard drive
Running two monitors:
1920x1080 and 1280X1024

So, any suggestions on whether these are good choices on GPUs, and whether my PSU is good enough/will live long enough using these cards (4-8 years hopefully [I have seen mixed reviews on a similar PSU made by the same company (450W though)])?
Also, I would be running these games with hopefully Maxed settings:
Warthunder
Planetside 2
World of Tanks
World of Warships
Minecraft
Space Engineers
Arma 3
Fallout 4
Heroes and generals
Any tips would also be appreciated.
Thank you for help in advance!

take a gtx 950 over a gtx 750. just liek $20 more. my 2 cents.

Games like assassins creed use more vram so a 960 would be better. but for whats listed. a 950 should be fine if youre on a tight budget. 960 for something to game on newer games.
