2x i5 4440's
2x MSI Krait z97A's
2x WD 1tb 7200 HDD
2x 240 GB SSD's
2x M.2 drives
8x 4gb HyperX white, & blue 1866 mhz ram
2x cx 750w PSU's (I don't care if you don't trust them. I do been using them consistantly in my builds)
2x 4gb EVGA GTX 960 FTW Edtions
2x H100i Exteme
2x Windows 10 pro
2x Razer nagas
2x Razer Chroma Ultimates
1x Enthoo Pro
1x H440 White edition

I looked at alot of benchmarks, And only reason we're not using 4690k's is because we don't justify spending an additional 80 dollars (by the time we buy this) for a additional 15 fps for the games we play.
We WON'T be overclocking the CPU's so don't suggest it please and thank you. Yes i know i should go with 2x H series motherboards but im going for ascetics.

Yep, i had one once. And with the poor driver support amd is having right now with the 300 series and 200 series me and my GF are going to Nvidia and intel. Sorry. AMD has lost our money for the last time. Also, for the games we play, its complete over kill and we don't require such high end cards to max out the games we play.

ok, then the build looks pretty good.

There have been many documented reviews and threads as to why you should not use the CX series. If you chose to go ahead, I would take a higher quality unit (My CX500 failed me).
You specify an SSD and an M.2 drive. Which are you using.
Water coolers are pointless. You arent overclocking.
AMDs drivers are not bad. They used to have their issues, but most have been resolved. Any "issues" you had were not caused on AMDs end. The 290 (or a 380) would be a much better choice over a 960.

Drop Win 10 pro for Win 10 Home. Unless you have a specific need for it.
Ditch the H100i for the Hyper 212 evo, you not overclocking.
Ditch the SSD's
Ditch the 16GB of Ram, All you need is 8

If you do all that you should be able to sub the GTX 960 with a GTX 970.

Are you going to spend more time staring at your computer or at your screen? I would spend less on the motherboard and case and use that money for a more powerful graphics card.

Also I would avoid Razer products as they are poor quality and overpriced in general.
