Monitors losing input sometimes while gaming on three week old PC I built. Specs: i5-4690k, Zotax GTX 970, 550w PSU, 8gigs of ram, running windows 7. Both monitors go black with no error message or blue screen. Only fix is hard reset. Checked Windows Reliability Monitor which says that when the crashes happen I am getting a Video Hardware Error. Here is the info on the message itself.

BCCode: 117
BCP1: FFFFFA8007AC3010
BCP2: FFFFF88004813150
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_1_7601

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

So you're saying that both the card and the power supply are no good? How do you know, or is it just a guess?

I am saying that either of those is likely the issue, you need to test them in a working system and see which one is the cause. Maybe neither, could be RAM, maybe motherboard or CPU rarely. Video card or power supply on a new build are the most likely causes of video crashes like yours.
