I'm not sure it has 2 x PCI-e power connectors (which it might have). Also it looks like it might be 80 PLUS Gold Certified, but is mainly an OEM PSU for Gateway/Acer desktops. It would probably work, if the system isn't OC'd, but I'd probably consider getting a different PSU.
I have a 500w 80+ gold PSU and I would like to know if it can handle a r9 390, thank you.
Assuming it can actually deliver that wattage, it should be fine. Peak TDP of R9 390 is 275W (at 100% load). Your CPU is probably <120W (even if massively OCed) and the rest of your components won't draw anywhere near 100W obviously. A good quality PSU can fully deliver the rated wattage without breaking a sweat.

It's an old article, but PSU design hasn't changed very much.
What is the exact make/model of the PSU and what are the rest of your specs?
CPU is I7-4770k
GPU is Gtx 760
And PSU says its by FSP group inc.? And the model number for it is FSP500-50AAGA
Don't know what more I need to tell u sry
