What is the best and reasonably priced fan and coolant for CoolerMaster force 500?

Hi so I've got a CM force 500 cabinet with i5 4690k and Asus strix gtx 970...The Gpu's temp in load rise upto 68-70c and cpu temp rise upto 72-74c in load..!!

As for now my cabinet has only 1 fan(Exhaust) pre-installed.So i m thinking about adding 2 more fans..what do you suggest?

And what coolant should i get for my CPU? Is the Hyper 212 evo frm CM ok?

as far as case fans
DOESNT REALY MATTER. most case fans are pretty much freakin identical, besides cool leds and stuff. HERE ARE SOME.
