I would go with the H100i right away if i wasn't scared of possible leakage .

I would like to know if i am able to overclock my 6700k with the Dark Rock 3 as well as the H100i or at least close .

And one more last thing . I have a Z170-A motherboard with HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8) Will the Dark Rock 3 fit with the RAM ? Just in case i have a Phanteks Enthoo Luxe case

Solution
I would pretty much always say go for air cooling over water cooling as the effectiveness of liquid cooling isn't much more than air cooling and its usually a lot louder, the Dark rock 3 is an amazing air cooler and will perform very well inded, and Hyper X fury ram is pretty low profile ram so the Dark Rock 3 should sit just above the casing for the RAM at least it does in my system, also you could move the ram too slot 2 and 4 rather and 1 and 3 if it really causes and issue.

Do you know if the Pro version can fit with the ram ?

The Skylake chips seem to hit the Voltage wall before they hit the Thermal wall so, unlike Haswell, very robust cooling is less necessary. I too would vote for an air cooler. The only situation where I think liquid would be better is for a computer that is moved a lot, from home to work and back once a week or more often. A liquid cooler will put less stress on the motherboard in that situation.
