I'm currently using a 'AMD A4-4000 APU with Raden(tm) Graphics' and i need to upgrade it due to gaming and live streaming. What CPU or even GPU is compatible with it?

Solution
It's an old board that, but yes, it would work until you can get something newer.
Fist suggestion would be to update to an A10 APU, then later on you can upgrade to something else when you have the cash.
The A10-7800 can be had for around £100 or so.
Alternatively you can shop down a little for an A8-7600 for around £65
The APU runs on a FM2 socket board which will only accept other APU's.
Depending on your board, you could upgrade to one of the A6,A8 or A10 APU's which have more powerful graphics capability.
Or, you can add a graphics card, if your board allows it.

I dont know much about computers and this was my first gaming pc second hand. But i urgently need to upgrade to a cpu. It's not so much the graphics, its the frames per second its screwing over when im live streaming. What would be your best advice*

Now that is a difficult question and really depends on how much you can afford to spend.
If you want to stick with AMD, then look at a FX-6300 and a corresponding AM3 board
If you want to move to Intel, then I suggest starting with an i3 and a corresponding board.
You will of course also need to acquire a graphics card, which also vary vastly in price, if you want to do any sort of gaming.
