Been trying to overclock my 280x recently and i ran into few problems.
I have a god damn ''Boost'' version of xfx 280x dd. 850>1000mhz boost.
Anyway, i use MSI afterburner for overclock. This is how i did it.
Voltage to 1.3v
Power to 120%
Tried to raise clock by 5 from 1000 but still nothing
Porblem is, i overclock it, atleast MSI AB says its overclocked, and as soon as i start a game, on MSI graph, GPU clock stays at 850mhz, no matter how i overclock it or what i do, its always on 850mhz.

850mhz you see here where i pointed were while i ran Witcher 3. Same thing is with every other game.
