Hello,
I've had problems with my pc for a couple of days

Apparently, i tried drying my PC using sunlight and it worked. So, i checked the BIOS and it had showed 24v in the 12v monitor. (please check the above link to know what had happened)
Now, we had a blackout for some minutes and right after i switched it on, it said overvoltage and redirected me to bios menu and found out that now in the 5v monitor, it shows 10v.
How can i fix this problem? Do i need to replace my motherboard?
