Building a gaming/workstation PC. Thoughts on this list of parts?

Greetings!

I'm building a new rig within the month or so - wanted to check this list of parts out with people here and see if they had suggestions/thoughts. Is the Hybrid as a closed loop VGA cooler ok? Should I say forget it and go with a custom water-cooled setup? Thoughts/experiences?
I plan on using it for video editing and gaming, but I'm not real interested in OCing, just want a capable rig built to last. Here's the list.

Don't bother with custom loop, its exepensive and if you dont overclock its just a showy thing really. You don't even need the HYBRID, Nvidia gfx runs cool enough, and you can then take that money and get more storage, better mobo (IMO Asus, EVGA, Gigabyte and MSI and the best brands, Gigabyte gets better for high end), I also wouldnt use that CPU cooler, Zalman are ok but only OK, get an NZXT, Corsair or Cooler Master one, or Noctua air cooler.
