Unstable clocks on GPU

My gaming card has unstable clocks they keep on shifting while i am in game which cause fps drops...can anybody have suggestions..
pc specs:
mobo: asus P7h55mlx
pro: i3 540
gpu: Amd raedon HD 7850
BVRr44g

It is perfectly normal for GPU usage and clock speed to fluctuate depending on what is going on in game. But if you are having major issues in-game with that actually causing lag spikes, try over clocking and see if it helps. Also make sure you have the latest Crimson or Catalyst drivers.

Crimson or Catalyst drivers are up to date...i tried overlclocking the card but during the game lines appear on the screen and pc stucks:( but some time it says catalyst driver has crashed :( what can i do now??
