Would it be good to use a external cpu cooler ?!

can you recommend a budget one ?!

Idle temperatures are mostly useless due to how inaccurate temperature sensing becomes below 50C. It still shouldn't be much over 40C even with the stock HSF.

Did you overclock or lock the CPU at 4-4.4GHz? Without speedstep and other power-saving features, the CPU will be running at close to full power even when idle.

I haven't done any overclocking or modification.but the pc has been running up to several hours now.

i used speedfan to moniter the temps

i'm planing to buy a cpu cooler. Is hyper 212 EVO okay?

Its a very good cooler for the price although their are other very good choices for around the same price. The hyper 212 evo is always a safe bet though, its one of the more popular air coolers. I would assume those high idle temps are being caused by an improperly mounted stock cooler, those stupid pins can be a pain to get in properly, turn off the pc and gently pull on each side of the cooler if it pops out or their is a lot of play then you might want to try remounting it.

Okay :) Will do !! Thanks for helping out !! :)

Another thing that can keep a CPU at full clocks is using "performance" power mode. At least for some it does. Any load on the CPU, even background processes, can kick it into full clocks.
