Why is my usable RAM only 3,95GB?

On laptops and desktops that use iGPUs, APUs, and onboard graphics use the system RAM to replace the VRAM that normal Graphics Card have. My desktop with a dedicated graphics card and has 8.00GBs, but my Laptop only has 5.55Gb of usable memory. You should be able to go into the BIOs and change these settings to allocate more RAM to your GPU for Graphical Performance, but you will have less RAM.

I would recommend trying to allocate more RAM to GPU and then purchase another 1GB or higher stick to make up for it.
