I think it has to be something with my BIOS settings or hardrive. There should be no problem installing onto an SSD right? I just format it when going through the windows installation and it should be fine?

Is there anything you can recommend? I tried using windows USB tool Rufus, tried Windows 7, 8, and 10 and I keep getting error 0x80070570 saying :Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure that all files required for installation are available and restart the installation"

Im using a 8gb USB 3.0
I have tried multiple USB ports, The front ports are USB 2.0 and is what I am using, but i have tried the 3.0 ports as well. I have also disconnected all other drives and have only one 4gb stick of ram and the SSD plugged in.

Could someone else actually help me with this issue? Or give some guidance or feedback?

I am booting UEFI via 8GB USB. I am using windows 8.1 with a valid product key. My mother board setting, I have CSM disabled, secure boot disabled, and UEFI usb boot#1 and usb boot#2. I followed these instructions for creating my bootable USB via Rufus (originally tried Windows boot tool).

http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/15458-uefi-bootable-usb-flash-drive-create-windows.html

When I install, it gets to 30% and then always hangs up on the error 0x80070570. I have a 250gb SSD that has been formatted in Windows install like 10 times. When I format there are 4 different partitions of the SSD, I choose the largest to install on.

Please help!!

Were you able to resolve this? I recently started having this problem. Ended up reformatting my SSD and even a different SSD to see if that was the problem. Mine hangs on the windows starting logo. sometimes I make it to the new install, but gets to 2% extraction.
