[I am listing the problem and the things I have tried, thanks for posting in this thread]
Hello,
I have a Lenovo G50-70 (Core i3 4005U, 4GB DDR3 RAM @1600MHz, Switchable graphics between Intel HD and AMD discrete GPU), which, after opening the case, it refused to start.

All I get is:
>Power on LED ON
>HDD not spinning
>Fan not spinning
>Nothing on the display (backlight off)

What I have tried:
>Reseating the RAM (and used RAM & an SSD from an diffrent laptop, still the same, and these didn't get damaged)
>Checked all connections (Power button DOES work)
>Tried starting with AC Adapter
>Tried starting with battery (which is charged)
>Tried starting with both the AC Adapter and with the battery installed
>Tried pressing the power button 10 times with 1s intervals, and then hold it for about 30s, then put the battery back on and the AC adapter, still nothing

Note: After applying each method mentioned, I get the exact same result.

It's pretty urgent because I have to use it for work, so thanks for answering.

Solution
There is no way we can tell what you need to do since you opened the case. We don't know what you touched, why you opened the case or what could have been disconnected or damaged. Open the case and go over the connections. If that does not work, you may need to get a tech to look at it.
