GPU, no question about it. The FX-6100 can easily handle a more powerful graphics card so a new GPU would be your best single upgrade.
Only other consideration to make would be to be sure your PSU could handle a more powerful GPU as well. A GTX 960 or GTX 970 would be good choices to look into depending on your available budget.

Hmm. You could get an R9 380. That should be big improvement and your CPU will be almost fine with that, provided you have overclocked it. Else, upgrade your CPU to a Skylake i3 or i5.
