Ok here is thing( and I now I'm going to end up being dumb one for not knowing it) but I got new PC and thing is that PC doesn't has OS installed....so it is pretty much me being in BIOS.

This of course can be solved easy by just inserting CD/DVD and installing OS....however thing is this PC doesn't has it's PC DVD Drive....so yup, this can't be done that way.

So only way I can install damn OS is trough USB or ADATA on which who I have saved my windows installation(USB has old one like vista while ADATA has 7 and 8). However there are extra things on both my ADATA and USB besides just those installations. So I've been wondering is there a way to boot from ADATA or USB to install OS(despite extra stuff on them) or do I have to delete everything from ADATA or USB that isn't installation of windows so I can boot from them and get installation.

Sorry for being dumb, but I've never done installation with any external device. Usually it was always just insert CD/DVD for me in past.

Yup you can. You need to create bootable usb for it.
So yes, you will need to delete "extra stuff" from your usb as well, in fact delete all. Now lets say you wanna go with Win 7 for example, first make your win 7 installation into iso(or if it is already iso then great), then download this file first: http://wudt.codeplex.com/downloads/get/96313
Now install "Windows 7 USB DVD Tool" and after it is done you will get new windows pop-up, click on browse and chose your Win 7 ISO file click next and then chose "USB Device" and find your usb and chose it and again click next and wait until it copying of files is done now.
Once it is done you got yourself USB with Win 7 Installation that is same as disk, so you can now use it, boot from it in...

(P.S. if you got legal copy of Win 7/8 and you have better PC build then also feel free to download Win 10 for free if gaming is your thing and you wish dx12)
