That looks like a very good setup. I have something similar.
I noticed that the GPU is overpriced a bit. I bought my Gigabyte GTX 970 for $329 over a year ago. Look for a better deal on that card. I could swear I saw a 970 on Slickdeals last week for $270-280.

Also, since i have almost the same setup, I can tell you that it won't take 4 extra fans to keep that system cool.
At full load (with very little OC in my case) my temps on CPU never go over 55C and GPU 67C so I would just buy 2 extra fans in stead of 4, save some bucks there.

One more thing, you are not nearly done. Save some money so you can get a decent mouse and keyboard and most importantly a nice monitor if you don't have one already.

I have a 3440*1440 that cost me as much as the entire system right there. And I'm loving it. Working and playing on it kicks a lot of butt. In case you are wondering, the 970 does a decent job at that resolution (40-50 fps) but it may not be enough to get 60 Hz all the time with image quality set at max.
