I have a asus essentio with a cm1745 motherboard. Its is not running up to par with games like csgo and fallout 3. I have decent ram (12gb) and my apu should be sufficient i assume, correct me if im wrong. I am trying to upgrade to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139048 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125777. I was wondering if those were compatible with my setup as it is all stock. If they are not compatible if someone could suggest somthing that would work, within 260$ price range, that would be great. Thank you in advance.

The AMD A8 5500 is a decent CPU that would perform as good as a I3 4160. I guess it wont be to much of a bottleneck, but it'll still be there if you are going for a higher end GPU. However you will still get great frames. I also chose parts for you that would get you great frames for current gen games around Med-High.

Anything tier 1 or 2 is preferred,

As well i would get a 970 instead of a 960. \

Slightly over by 20 dollars :<

HOWEVER, your APU might be a bottleneck. What is your full system specs?
