I'm building my first pc for gaming, video editing, etc.

Here are my parts I have so far:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler
Mini-itx motherboard: Asus Z97I-PLUS Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory

SSD: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 980 4GB Twin Frozr Video Card
Case: Fractal Design Core 500 Mini ITX Desktop Case

PSU: ????????

I've got $250 left in the budget.
I am deciding which psu would be compatible and are less prone to dying out, should i go full modular?
I want a psu that doesn't have cheap inner components. Efficient and not easily overheating all the time.

Any thoughts? Should i get warranty for all my pc parts in case one of them fry?
