new video card first time installer need help

i just bought a asus nvidia geforce gt 740 ive tried to find help through the other forums but got no where i need some one to skype me or call me and walk me through the problems im having like "failed to load dlls. please install vga driver"

Did you properly uninstall your old video card drivers before installing your new card? And upon installing your new card, did you install the drivers that came with it on the cd?
