I'll try to describe my problem as best as possible. First of all i apologize for my english, as you may notice i'm not native speaker.

I have the following specs:

Intel i5 3570k @ 3.4Ghz (Never overclocked)
2x4GB of Ram
MSI GTX 760 2GB
Thermaltake Extreme pure power 500w
Motherboard Z77MX-QUO-AOS
3 hdds (2 of 2.5" 320GB and 500GB and 1 of 3.5" 1TB)
2 monitors (HDMI and DVI, both on GPU)
Driving Wheel Logitech G27

I specify everything i have because at this point i don't know which can be the issue.

I'm running this specs for a few month and everything was good. Yesterday, i tried to replace the thermal compund of the processor, because maintenance. After closing everything, turned on the pc and started like 2 seconds, and turned off. Turned on again by itself and turned off, and so on. It was a turn on/off loop. So i opened again, rechecked the processor, closed again and worked.

After i turn on the pc, everything was the same, except the mouse and the keyboard started freezing. I explain myself better: I'm moving the cursor like in a normal use, and the cursor stopped moving for 2 seconds, and then is moving again. The same happened with the keyboard, but in this key when i'm writing, a key is pressed, so it repeats that key a lot of times. And the same happens with my logitech G27 when i'm driving, the wheel, or accelerator/brake/clutch gets stuck.

I decided to reinstall windows 7, but meanwhile using the booteable usb it happens the same. So this gave me a ¿hint? that maybe is not related to the OS. But, in another hdd i have installed OSX Yosemite, which didn't happen this, but i did not tested so much.
I installed Windows 7 again anyway, and indeed the problem persists.

I checked the Mother Voltages with Open Monitor and said the following:

And checked again and now says:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/bg3opgtqix6zydp/Captura%20de%20pantalla%202015-12-08%2023.03.29.png?dl=0

So, the TL;DR would be: My usb's inputs freeze for a couple of seconds, and i think it's not related to Windows.

Thank you

They're the mobos usb's. I tried using only mouse, only keyboard and happens the same.

Have you checked Windows Error Logs for hardware related errors? This may pinpoint a driver or specific piece of hardware that is causing the issue. While it could be the onboard USB bus it could specifically be one of the components plugged into it. A damaged cable or internal short in the cable has caused me similar issues in the past.

I fixed this a while ago. Sorry i didn't write the "answer" here.
The problem was i bent a pin in the motherboard where the cpu lies. Luckily i fixed the bent pin and now works again.

It happens even a bent pin in the USB socket can do it.
