Hey Everyone

I recently bought a Kingston value RAM 8GB( DDR3 1333Mhz) module to upgrade from my 2x2GB(DDR3 1333mhz) modules. I then found out that my Motherboard can only take a max of 8GB of RAM and does not support 8GB modules. When I inserted the RAM and started up my PC it wouldn't boot or post. It just powered off and then back on again.

I realize that i have to get 2x4GB RAM modules in order to upgrade, but does my Motherboard support the newer high density IC RAM modules.

Thanks
