Building a new PC soon which motherboard should I buy?

Solution
Of those two boards, the MSI Gaming Z97 GAMING 5 would be my pick. Off the cuff I can see it'll give you better audio, a better NIC, allows for SLI and more USB's on the back I/O.

I'm assuming since you went with a K model chip and Zseries board that you're looking to go with overclocking. If you are, then I'd recommend going with a better heatsink. The Cryorig M9i is slightly better cooling (according to reviews) but has a much better mounting system and is about the same price as the Hyper 212 Evo. The H7 would cool a bit better and has a better RAM clearance (as in no overhang at all). The H5 universal would be a good step up from there while still keeping to the same general price as the H7. Pricing, mounting systems and...

The second one is good, cause you can have upto a total of 3 Graphics cards running at the same time. And its just a stronger build. It has lots of fan connectors incase you want to put in fans, good usb ports.

Overall the second one is better, and i see you have the 4670k, which is good for overclocking. So your better off with the second one.

Pricing, mounting systems and performance had made the Cyrorig series kind of a darling on the forum of late but they seem to be doing a good job if it all. Having gotten to finally play with their mounting systems I found I much preferred them to the Evo (that nut and bolt system has me nervous).

I'd go for the MSI Gaming Z97 GAMING 5. I know that their gaming series mobos are great and offer good coolers for the chipset and power supply components. It's also designed for gaming, so It'll have stronger PCI-e connectors and other gaming armour.
