My low budget only lets me 2 options..
■ 4GB 2133 MHz (1 stick HyperX Savage) (34.39Euros)
■ 6GB 1600 MHz (2 sticks; 1x4 and 1x2) (24.38 + 13.30 = 37.68Euros)
■ 8GB 1333 MHz (1 stick Kingston ValueRAM) (44.05Euros)
What would be the best for an igpu system?? (cpu A8 7600)

Solution
If possible try to not mix rams with different speed and sizes.
If it will work faster ram will default to speed of slower so effectively you will have 2gb 1333 + 4gb 1333.
Also dual channel won't work well if at all because of different ram sizes.

Don't know what are prices where you live, but when you mentioned 44.05 euro for 8GB 1333MHz as within your budget you should be able to find 2x 4GB of 1600 MHz within that price too.
Try to check for some special deals, now with comming christmas there is plenty of those. You may be lucky and find some great discount.

Gingerbread is right that speed matter while using APU. Difference should be in single digits of FPS, but with limited budget I think more ram is better in long term than...

In this case I would say that more ram is better than faster rams. Certainly having 8GB ram is better than to have just 4GB of faster. With just 4GB you can use it all very fast just by opening multiple browser windows/tabs.

Try to look for
2x 4GB of 1600MHz, it does not really matter what brand it will be or what will be timings. Differences between speed, timings and brands are very slim with normal day to day usage. Make sure your motherboard support such ram size and speed.

If you can't get 2x 4GB 1600MHz you can try (in that order)
2x 4GB 1333 MHz / 1x 8GB 1600 / 1x 8GB 1333.

Not sure which of 2x 1333 vs 1x 1600 is faster. First should allow you to use dual channel which should improve performance, but I'm not sure if its better than 1600MHz.
Also in case of one ram failing 2 rams allow you to run at smaller size, while you fix problem. With just one ram, if it fail your pc won't be usable unless you get replacement.

Well 8gb nowadays is pretty much the minimum, but you want fast ram if you are using an A8 7600 (or similar APUs since the ram speed is shared between the CPU and GPU since the GPU does not have dedicated ram of its own, so faster ram would make your GPU even faster). For me, either get 4gb 2133mhz ram and don't multitask a lot, or save a few euro more and get 8gb 2133mhz.

Ofc faster and more ram at same time is best, but it's also much more expensive. Another + for 1600MHz is that you should not have compatibility issues as 1600MHz is now standard speed which is supported by like 99.9% of motherboards. While higher speeds may not be supported.

ok guys thank you.. but I really think of 6gb because of the money.. it really matters.. i have found for 30 euros 1x4gb 1600 plus 1x2gb 1600. Still should not mix the different sizes?

you can mix sizes, but when you mix speed you always get the worst / slowest one. so mixing 1333 with 1866 means that all of it will run at 1333. and for an APU like you have, speed is important.

can you find a 1x8G kingston hyperx fury 1866 for an acceptable price?

It should work, just it should default to single channel mode instead of dual channel meaning slightly lower performance.
In this case if you can find it may be better to look for 2x 4GB of 1333 MHz at same cost.
If you won't find such that 6GB should work too.

Edit:
Actually noone asked it, but what you want to use that PC for? On that depends if higher speed ram matters to you or no.
