how can i minimise the price of this computer?

Solution
1) Ditch the cooler - it's a locked CPU which will work fine on the stock cooler
2) You've got DDR4 RAM which isn't supported by that processor. Switch out to this, it's a little slower, but it won't really matter and will save you $20 or so (and it's compatible too - so will actually work!): 1) Ditch the cooler - it's a locked CPU which will work fine on the stock cooler
3) This PSU saves you a little, though it's not modular, so I wouldn't blame you if you stick with the model you chose if it fits you budget: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii520bronze
4) If you can use the mail-in rebate, you can save $20 on the graphics card by going Gigabyte: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr939g1gaming8gd...

Otherwise, unless you drop to a cheaper CPU or GPU, there's not a lot of wiggle room left.
