Thanks! Shaun

Not sure if that picture has worked but if not here is the direct link. http://imgur.com/vjse3tL

You can look at your Mobo manual and see where to plug them into on your Mobo. Here is a picture of what the Front Panel connections look like on a Mobo:

What Mobo make and model do you have? If we know the make and model we can help you more.

Thanks I can't understand what the manual. Too confusing hahah , also I have the PSU connected but the power button on my case won't do anything. Any ideas on that one
And one more thing there's a load of molex cables in the back compartment of my case built into the front of the case, do these all have to be connected in some way?

Look at my post above. The cables from the case plug into the Mobo (like pictured above) and allow the functions of those front panel buttons/LED's/Audio Ports.

Go to page 19, middle of the page. It lists where you need to connect those wires from the case to the Mobo.

JFP1, JFP2: Front Panel Connectors
These connectors are for electrical connection to the front panel switches and
LED s. The JFP1 is compliant with Intel® Front Panel I/O Connectivity Design
Guide.

Just plug them in like the picture with the + on the connector to the + on the Mobo for each connector (Power SWitch, Power LED, HDD LED, Reset SWitch, etc.).

Right OK, I'm getting somewhere now. My PC powers on however the rpm reader on my led led screen just reads 0rpm for some reason and everything else like power on time etc works fine. Do all the molex connecters have to be connected to the PSU because I've left some of the 2 pin molex cables out because I don't have enough on my psu

Also got a question is it OK to put a molex in the back of another molex into another molex? Because since I've tried a few things my LEDs have no light

Also anyone know where this goes?http://m.imgur.com/BMduSo9

Thanks everyone, managed to fix it. No idea how though xD think I may have looped the molexs that caused the issue, but all good now! Will go through the answers in an hour and pick a solution
