I am having the setup from Option 1 in the below article.

A Wired Router with many PCs and a Wireless Router. Mobile devices get connected to internet through the wireless router. Internet is working fine on all the devices ( PCs and Mobiles).
My problem is that I am unable to connect to a Website hosted locally on one of the PC from my Mobile. Unable to connect to the IP address of the PC when i enter it in the browser of my mobile device.
The mobile is using a DHCP.
The wireless router is having a Static IP and DHCP is turned off.
The Internet cable is connected to the Wired Router directly.
Please help me.
