any comments and suggestions? kindly correct whats wrong with the build. I wont OC or SLI.

Samsung 850 evo 250GB is always a solid reliable choice for an ssd.

Pretty good build choices. Nice cpu, decent heatsink, reliable Asus motherboard, 16gb's of ram, and a quality psu. Not really anything I could think of changing. Adding a ssd for faster booting is the only thing I could recommend to you.
