It is not the wattage, it is the raidmax cobra brand, get the better brand PSU, like xfx, Seasonic, etc. I know you may not have many choices, that is why I added the PSU tier list, you should buy at least tier three or up. If you want best lga1150 under the budget, may consider GA-H81M-HD2, or more $$ for asrock H97.
One more thing, because you use the r9 380, and don't buy the raidmax cobra rx500 you will get problem later, the PSU is in the tier 4, get other better one. But I think you maybe not in USA, because either MB or the raidmax is out of stock, so check the PSU tier list to find one in your price range.

Yes i am not from USA i am from Serbia and i choose raidmax cobra rx500 cause it is the cheapest 80 + bronze psu that i can buy. But if it is not enough wats i can buy rx600 for 10$ more. And i think that GA-H81M-HD2 is awesome but i cant buy it anywhere and h97s are too expensive.
But thank you anyway.
