How do I install my corsair h55

I have a corsair h55 and a msi z97 motherboard but how do I install it do I need the back plate and when I tried to put on the back plate the holes didn't line up and it was crooked.

The manual logain posted above is a good place to start for installation.

The back plate will have 3 holes labeled for all Intel socket. But you're right, the back plate will not be perfectly squared when you put it in place, that's perfectly fine because the back plate is universal for different types of Intel socket. http://images.hardwarecanucks.com/image/akg/water_cooling/H110/backplate_sm.jpg
